VEE GEE dealers promote, resell, and stock our laboratory products and equipment. Since the start of our company in 1981, our business model has always been to sell the products we design, develop, and import from our overseas factories only through a worldwide network of dealers. We greatly respect the dynamics of the distribution network; this is why we’ve never changed. Our dealers always feel confident that any contact we may have with consumers (i.e. application discussions, technical assistance, drop shipments, etc.) will never result in us selling direct to them. This bond of trust we share with our dealers allows us to truly work together as a team.

Shipping Methods:
Our standard LPL (non-truck) shipping carrier is UPS. Our standard truck shipping carrier is Yellow Transportation. We also ship with other carriers upon request.
Drop Shipments
VEE GEE is happy to drop ship to consumers in the USA for no additional charge, which can save time and money. Please remember there is a $5 charge for orders under $50.

Return Policy:
Please contact VEE GEE for a Returned Goods Authorization number; all returns MUST have a valid RGA number on the outside of the package(s). Product and original packaging must be double boxed with sufficient internal padding and come back in perfect "resalable" condition. Otherwise, the return may be subject up to a 30% restocking fee, plus the cost of labor and replacement parts. Freight cost may also be due. If the return is an optical or electrical instrument (microscope, refractometer, e.g.) and you don't have the original packaging, contact us for proper packing instructions and/or replacement packaging.
International Dealer Policy (Outside USA & Canada)
VEE GEE Scientific exports to international dealers who have a freight forwarder established in the USA. All orders must be for $1,000 USD or more. With placement of a formal order (not a quote) from dealer, VEE GEE submits a pro-forma invoice indicating the total amount due. Payment by wire transfer must be issued before release of shipment. Payment must be for the full amount on the pro-forma invoice, including any freight, handling, broker, and bank charges. Failure to pay full amount will delay shipment. Any overage will be held and applied to dealer’s next order. Payment must be made within 30 days of the date on the pro-forma invoice. After 30 days, a new pro-forma invoice must be issued. The relationship between VEE GEE Scientific, Inc. and dealer is for business purposes. All payment terms, banking information, pricing, and methods are to be held in strict confidentiality by dealer.
If you do not/cannot accept these terms, we can provide a distributor in the USA from whom you can purchase our products. |
