The newly-designed S+H COLOROMAT 100 allows simple measurement of transmission, extinction, and color units at the recommended wavelengths in the range of 340 to 900nm.  The touch display is used for soft key functions and and alphanumeric input to enable easy handling for sample name, user, etc.  The measuring wavelengths are selected via the touch display.  Three standard wavelengths (340nm, 420nm, & 720nm) are included with the option of six additional custom wavelengths in the 340 to 900nm range.  This opens up many possible applications.

The large sample chamber allows the use of standard polarimeter sample cells (up to 100mm) and cuvettes (with the use of the included adapter).  Due to its unique optical design, measurements made with the COLOROMAT 100 are entirely unaffected by stray light.

The COLOROMAT 100 is also equipped with a continuous measuring mode which allows monitoring of color changes in product streams as a function of time.

The operating system can receive flash updates via online or CD.  The built-in memory stores 250 pre-programmed tests with the option of an additional 230 custom tests.  Importation of data is conducted via the touch display.  In addition, 2970 results of up to 99 samples can be stored in the local memory.
